2. Stress Relief Through Movement & Art:
Using the expressive arts and dance/movement therapy as tools for wellbeing, this session offers a space for participants to release stress through dance, movement, and creative expression. Participants will leave with practical, accessible techniques they can apply immediately during the workday and at home.
